ABOUT ME



Birth and Beyond is a doula practice serving in Minneapolis and Saint Paul. I specialize in providing birth and postpartum support that helps to make the transition into parenthood a bit easier. I am currently undertaking my certification through DONA and have been working with children and families in various capacities for 15 years.

I believe that no two births are alike, and that every family should be supported in whatever way works best for them. My goal is to provide knowledgeable and comforting care so that parents can feel empowered and confident in their parenting journey.

As the oldest of 6 kids, I believe that the relationship between siblings is sacred. My relationship with my siblings has been the foundation of my life and I know how important it is for parents for the older sibling to transition well with the new baby in the home. While the birthing parent is the center of my doula practice, every member of the family is important and will be specially included in and thought of during my time with you.
